I had a somewhat mixed experience at the Cancun Hotel Boutique & Hostel. Natalie, my hostess, was a bright spot, providing great company. However, there were several inconveniences like having to navigate stairs to the bathroom at night and issues with the air conditioning being too cold. For the price, these issues are somewhat understandable, but they did impact my overall comfort.
